Their bond on file with the ROC is active. This ensures a certain degree of financial responsibility in the case of contractor work issues as deemed by the ROC arbitration and hearings process.
Check with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) that:
They do not have a low grade score with the local BBB chapter
Can your contractor provide at least three solid references from other clients?
